The Irish Jazz Orchestra combined the best young jazz talent from the north and from the south of Ireland, added some established players, and rehearsed for a week with trombonist/pianist/composer Hugh Fraser (faculty Royal Academy of Music, London) before presenting concerts in Belfast and Dublin in March, 1995.
